During her years with various educational institutions she started actively looking into the administrative side too. To increase her understanding of the field, she volunteered and assisted in curating  Multimedia pageants/ Events, Cultural presentations, Artistic fashion pageants, Product launches, Opening and closing ceremonies, Sports Events apart from performing at the events too.

As a team lead and Cultural coordinator at “Kunskapsskolan Gurgaon”, a prestigious Swedish school, she ideated, planned and accomplished various scholastic and co-scholastic events/festivals. that covered the gamut-

• Activities for their marketing events.
• International Film Festival – (week long)
• Japanese week
• International Book Festival – (week long)
• Outstation trips for grades 4-10
• Recreational day long trips for preprimary and primary grades.
• Annual cultural fiesta
• All the scholastic and co-scholastic student enrichment sessions.
• Life skills programs
• Teacher training sessions

As the Principal cum Warden for Shri Ram Bharatiya Kala Kendra, New Delhi, a premier institute of music and dance, Parul supervised the execution of various arts programs and events including Annual Basant Panchami celebration, Meet the Masters  with Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Ankur series, classroom baithaks  to name a few.  She was also an active member of  the team that coordinated the annual ballets(Ram,Krishna,Karna),Sumitra Charat Ram Award function and Shankarlal Music festival.

Being an artist has always been an added advantage for her in the arts administration field.

Parul is now the Dean of School of Performing Arts at the World University of Design, Sonepat. Here she is responsible for not just setting up the department but also looking into its publicity and branding.
