Since 2006, Parul has also been an active member of the education world. She started as a personality development teacher and choreographer and gradually entered the field of curriculum development based on child centric learning. She has not only studied the pedagogical approach required to be a teacher, but has also developed in class strategies to felicitate personalized learning keeping the students at the core.

As a performing arts educationalist she has worked with many educational institutions of repute. She was the Cultural coordinator at a Swedish school, Kunskapsskolan Gurgaon where she worked very closely with the teachers in ensuring holistic development of children through dance. She was a teacher, a trainer; imparting personalized teaching-learning methodology.
